Job summary

The Padel Directory is seeking an enthusiastic Freelance Padel Coach to deliver high-quality coaching across clubs in the UK. You will coach adults and juniors, from group sessions to 1-to-1 coaching, and help grow our padel community with a focus on technique, footwork and match strategy.

Ideal candidates hold the LTA Level 2 Padel Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) with accreditation, a proactive communicator mindset, DBS checked, and a flexible, client-facing approach that delivers

Qualifications

• LTA Level 2 Padel Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) with LTA accreditation.
• Proven padel coaching experience and passion for growing the sport.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and confident communicator.
• Strong time management with flexible coaching hours.
• DBS checked (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to represent club values and deliver excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coaching sessions for adults and juniors, in groups and 1-to-1.
• Provide instruction on technique, footwork, strategy and player development.
• Adapt coaching to beginners through to advanced players.

We’re expanding our padel offering across our clubs and are looking for enthusiastic freelance coaches to deliver exceptional sessions to players of all ages and levels.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high‑quality padel coaching sessions for adults and juniors, both group and 1‑to‑1.
• Provide expert instruction on technique, stroke production, footwork, match strategy and overall player development.
• Adapt coaching styles to suit beginners through to intermediate and advanced players.
• Promote an inclusive, positive and safe environment for all players.

What We’re Looking For

• LTA Level 2 Padel Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) & LTA Accreditation.
• Proven experience coaching padel with a genuine passion for growing the sport.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and confident communicator.
• Strong time management and flexibility in working hours.
• DBS checked (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to represent our club values and deliver exceptional customer experience.
