Job summary

Slazenger Padel Clubs is seeking a General Club Manager to lead operations, commercial performance and people outcomes across the club. You will develop a high‑performing team, drive membership growth and retention, and ensure exceptional member and guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, financial discipline, health and safety compliance, and the ability to build a welcoming community through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading leisure or membership‑based businesses.
• Proven ability to grow memberships and revenue.
• Strong communication with members, guests and teams.
• Track record of delivering high standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day club operations and ensure safety and compliance.
• Drive revenue, membership growth, retention, and KPI achievement.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee budgets, labour costs, and supplier relationships.
• Plan events and programming to boost engagement and participation.
• Maintain high facility standards across all areas of the club.
