Padel Club Manager in Egham is a leadership role within a fast-growing national brand. You will own the venue, drive revenue, maximise court occupancy, and deliver outstanding member experiences.

You will lead a team of freelance coaches, design engaging events, and collaborate on local marketing to grow the club footprint. The role suits an entrepreneurial, data-driven leader with 2+ years in leisure or hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional leadership experience in leisure, hospitality, fitness.
• Background in coaching/playing Padel or Racquets is highly favoured (LTA level 1 or 2 is a plus).
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into growth strategies.
• People-oriented, energetic, and capable of engaging players of all ages.
• Total accountability for results and continuous drive for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to maintain a safe, premium, welcoming club environment.
• Own the site P&L, drive sales and profitability.
• Analyse court usage data and design activity schedules, tournaments and events.
• Manage member communications and local outreach to grow the club footprint.

Our client is a rapidly growing Padel organisation dedicated to delivering world-class experiences. We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Padel Club Manager to take full ownership of one of their brilliant venues.

Key Responsibilities of this exciting role:

• Club Leadership: Manage daily operations to maintain a safe, premium, and welcoming environment for all members and visitors
• Commercial Performance: Take full responsibility for the site P&L, driving sales and overall profitability
• Utilisation & Scheduling: Analyse court usage data to design and implement innovative activity schedules, tournaments, and social events that maximise occupancy
• Community & Communication: Build a thriving social atmosphere. You will manage member communications and local outreach to grow the club’s footprint
• Team & Coaching Management: Lead a high-performing team of freelance coaches
• Marketing Support: Collaborate on social media content and localised marketing campaigns to drive site awareness and new player acquisition

About You:

• Experienced Leader: 2+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record in leisure, hospitality, fitness.
• Padel/ Racquets experience: an ideal candidate will have a background of coaching & playing Padel or Racquets sports, an LTA level 1 or 2 qual will be highly favoured as part of the selection process
• Commercial Mindset: You possess strong business acumen and the ability to turn data analysis into actionable growth strategies.
• Dynamic Personality: You are a "people person"—vibrant, warm, and capable of interacting with players of all ages and backgrounds
• Entrepreneurial Drive: You take total accountability for your results and are always questioning how the centre can improve
