Job summary

Slazenger Padel Clubs in the UK is seeking a dedicated Padel Coach to deliver high‑quality coaching programmes for adults and juniors across our growing network of facilities. You will develop players of all levels, run group and individual sessions, and help to drive participation, events, and member retention.

The role requires evening and weekend work, a passion for coaching, and a focus on creating an engaging club atmosphere with excellent customer service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Recognised Padel Coaching Qualification (LTA equivalent).
• Experience delivering coaching sessions to players of varying abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coaching, player development, and padel.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience coaching juniors and adult groups.
• First Aid Qualification.
• Safeguarding and DBS certification.
• Experience organising padel events and competitions.
• Experience using club management systems such as Playtomic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and engaging coaching sessions for adults and juniors.
• Provide individual and group coaching programmes.
• Develop structured player pathways from beginner to advanced levels.
• Support members in achieving their personal padel goals.
• Deliver coaching in line with Slazenger Padel Club standards.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players.
• Build strong relationships with members and guests.
• Encourage participation in coaching programmes, social sessions, leagues, and tournaments.
• Support member retention through excellent customer service and engagement.
• Organise and deliver social padel events, coaching clinics, competitions, and junior camps.
• Assist with club tournaments and member engagement activities.
• Promote club programmes and events to maximise participation.
• Ensure courts and equipment are maintained and health and safety procedures followed.
