Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a blue-chip company responsible for the manufacture of PG Tips, is currently recruiting Packing Operatives at Trafford Park, Manchester. These are full-time, temporary roles for 6 weeks, with potential for extension. The roles involve 3 rotating shifts, including nights, paying £13.07 per hour.

Shift Pattern:

• Early Shifts: 6:50am to 2:00pm or 6:50am to 3:00pm
• Lates Shifts: 1:50pm to 9:00pm or 1:50pm to 10:00pm
• Night Shifts: 9:50pm to 7:00am

Main Responsibilities:

• Manual unfolding, filling, and hooding of trade unit boxes with cartons of finished products.
• Loading onto conveyor for labeling, removing at the other end, and manually stacking.
• Assisting with carton loading, reel loading, and maintaining hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Logging material usage manually for traceability.
• Supporting rework area operations and managing rework stock as required.
