What you’ll do:

1. Provide excellent customer service to colleagues and clients.
2. Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
3. Collaborate with the loading bay and mail room teams to deliver seamless services.
4. Resolve logistics-related issues or discrepancies.
5. Handle general deliveries across the site, including waste pickups.

What you bring:

1. Forklift truck certification is a bonus but not essential.
2. Experience in a similar role is beneficial.
3. Familiarity with inventory management software or willingness to learn.
4. Strong customer service skills and a service-oriented attitude.
5. A full UK Driving Licence.
