Job summary

Brook Street in Marden, Kent is seeking Temporary Fulfilment Operatives to join a busy warehouse. You will pick and pack orders, prepare products for dispatch, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. Training is provided and the role offers ongoing temporary work with a supportive team.

Hours start with a daytime training period, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm, then a 2:00pm–10:00pm shift. Weekend work is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, packing or fulfilment is beneficial but not essential.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work accurately in a busy environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

We are currently recruiting Fulfilment Operatives on behalf of our client based in Marden. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing business with ongoing work available for reliable and hardworking individuals.

The Role

Duties will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Preparing products for dispatch
• Quality checking items before shipment
• Labelling and packaging goods
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Assisting with general warehouse and fulfilment duties as required

Working Hours

Training Period:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am - 4:00pm

Once Fully Trained:

• Monday to Friday
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm
