Pertemps Maidstone seeks a Production Operative for a full-time, temporary contract in Marden, Kent.

This ongoing role offers a temp-to-perm prospect, paying £13.45 per hour via PAYE.

Working hours run Monday to Friday, 7:00am until 5:00pm.

Duties include hands‑on manufacturing tasks, operating machinery, picking and packing goods, plus warehouse support and quality checks.

Candidates must demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and practical skills.

The clean, modern site has good transport links, easily reached from Maidstone and Tonbridge.

Ideal applicants will be dependable and capable of maintaining standards within a structured setting.
