Qualifications

• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Strong attention to detail to meet quality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic physical fitness for manual handling and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the organisation.
• Previous experience in a similar operative role is advantageous but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation and organisation of materials and equipment for daily operations.
• Supporting production processes as directed by supervisors.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Operating basic machinery or tools following safety protocols (training provided).
• Loading and unloading goods or materials using manual handling techniques or equipment.
• Conducting routine inspections to identify any faults or hazards and reporting them promptly.
• Supporting team members in completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times.
