Job description

We currently have opportunities for Packing Operatives to join our team in Thetford.

1. The hours of work and shift patterns are 4 on 4 off.
2. Nights 18.00 - 06.00.
3. Trained Operatives earn £12.90 per hour + 10% Night Shift Allowance between 10pm - 6am (£14.19).

Main Responsibilities:

As a Packing Operative with 2 Sisters, you will be handling and packing food products for top retail customers within a busy chilled factory environment. You will be required to handle raw meat that has already been butchered.

Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal Packing Operative will have a passion for delivering customer orders while ensuring high standards of Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Product Quality. You should be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment, enjoy working at pace, and be proactive in achieving results. Previous experience in a factory or warehouse is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
