An established industry player is seeking Night Pickers to join their dynamic team in Stowmarket. Job description

8 x Night Pickers needed

Immediately Start!
Stowmarket

Working 10pm - 6am Monday to Friday

Pay rate - £12.00 per hour
After 12 weeks £12.47 per hour ( £18.71 per hour overtime after 42.5 hours )

First week's training will be on AM shift - Mon to Fri 07:00am - 15:00pm

Our client based in Stowmarket is looking for Pickers to join the team. This role will be picking orders of decorating products using a scanner and PPT. No experience needed as full training provided and PPT training provided. All roles are permanent after successful trial period.

Please be aware that first day drug and alcohol testing is required.

Main duties:
  1. Ensure that all duties within the defined area are performed to the highest accuracy and standard.
  2. Carry out any assigned warehouse task, after full training including picking, cleaning & general housekeeping, loading, export, goods inwards, replenishment, yard duties.
  3. Ensure that all Health and Safety are adhered to at all times. Report any hazards.
  4. Encourage and identify ideas for continuous improvement, i.e. health and safety, housekeeping, and productivity.
  5. Ensure driving of MHE / PPT is to test standard at all times.
  6. Carry out daily pre-operational checks on any MHE before operating.
  7. Report any defects, faults, incidents, and accidents to management immediately.
  8. Ensure batteries are fully charged and changes completed in line with process.
  9. Demonstrate accuracy in all aspects of work to ensure quality of service.
  10. Maintain good housekeeping.
