Job summary

Stafforce-Recruitment is seeking a reliable Packing Operative to support a busy packing department in a manufacturing environment. You will cut materials to specification, pack finished goods and ensure quality before dispatch.

Shifts are Monday to Thursday, 5am–2pm (36 hours per week). The role starts immediately and offers a hands-on, team-oriented workplace with opportunities to grow within the operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production, packing, or manufacturing role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable with manual handling and standing for extended periods.
• Good organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Cut materials accurately in line with required measurements and specifications
• Pack finished products securely and prepare them for dispatch
• Carry out quality checks to ensure all items meet expected standards
• Label and organise products correctly for distribution
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Work towards daily production targets and deadlines
