PS Ltd in Mansfield is seeking Packing Operatives to join a busy manufacturing and distribution environment on a Temp-to-Perm basis. The role involves packing finished products, inspecting quality, checking labels, and ensuring secure distribution.

Ideal candidates will have packing or warehouse experience, good attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Shifts run Monday to Friday across three rotation slots.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking to join an established manufacturing operation on a Temp-to-Perm Basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Packing finished products accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are maintained.

• Inspecting products and packaging for damage, defects or inconsistencies.

• Checking product labels to ensure all information is correct and clearly displayed.

• Ensuring goods are securely wrapped and prepared for distribution.

• Reporting any quality issues, machinery faults or damaged materials to supervisors.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

• Following all site health and safety procedures.

• Supporting general production and packing duties as required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in packing, production, warehouse or manufacturing environments is desirable.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Basic machinery operation or fault-finding experience would be advantageous.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual and flexible with shift requirements.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - Three-Shift Rotation

• Morning: 6:00am - 2:00pm

• Afternoon: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

• Night: 10:00pm - 6:00am
