Job summary

Proman is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy distribution site in Harworth. This role is suitable for both experienced candidates and those new to warehouse work, with full training provided. The role is based on a 6am-2pm shift, in Worksop, S81 8GN, with pay at £12.71 per hour.

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution site in Harworth. This role is suitable for both experienced candidates and those new to warehouse work, with full training provided.

Location:Worksop, S81 8GN

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm

Standard: £12.71 per hour (06:00–14:00)

Key Responsibilities

Pack orders accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Load, unload, and move stock safely throughout the site.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation.

Follow all health, safety, and site compliance procedures.

Support team targets and daily operational performance.

Candidate Requirements

No previous warehouse experience is required; a full induction and on-site training are provided.

You should be comfortable with manual handling tasks in line with site guidelines.

Reliability, punctuality, and a good attendance record are important.

You should be able to work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.

You should be comfortable working in a busy, high-volume warehouse environment.
