Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is seeking Assembly Operatives to join a well-established business in Gillingham, Dorset. You will assemble, wrap and pack luxury gift hampers, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and presented for dispatch. The role suits reliable, detail-oriented people who take pride in high-quality work.

Working 7:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start, you will maintain safety and organisation on the shop floor, meet daily targets and support the wider team as needed.

• Previous experience in packing, warehousing, production or assembly is advantageous but not essential.
