Join Our Team as a Packing Operative – £12.21/hr + Overtime & Benefits

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Packing Operative to join our team.

You'll be working across four dynamic brands, using onsite tools and equipment to carefully pack a wide range of products. Your work will help ensure that every order leaves our facility securely packaged, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack multiple product types using various tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Meet daily packing output targets set by your supervisor.
• Develop custom packaging solutions for new product lines.
• Take ownership of your tasks and contribute to team success.
• Share process improvement ideas and best practices.
• Recycle waste correctly in designated streams.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in a factory or production environment.
• Confident using tools and equipment safely.
• Strong independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
