Torbay Pharmaceuticals are currently recruiting for Packaging Operators to join our team in Paignton on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This is an entry-level role in which you will work as a member of the packaging team processing pharmaceutical products within a manufacturing facility. Previous experience within a Production/Warehouse environment would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.

Hours - 37.5 between the hours of 6.30am and 10pm on a rotational shift basis, Monday - Friday.

Interviews will be held on Saturday 18th January 2025

Responsibilities

The scope of this role will include, but is not limited to:

1. Work both individually and as part of a small specialist team
2. Continuously look for ways to improve processes
3. Work according to KPIs
4. Work according to deadlines and be able to multitask and adapt to changing demands
5. Basic fault finding of products
6. To ‘set up’ and operate equipment

Requirements

What are we looking for:

1. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
2. Good literacy and numeracy skills
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. Experience following written instructions
5. Manual handling of up to 15kg
