Machine & Packing Operative - Bridgwater - Temporary to Permanent - £12.75 - £15.15 an hour

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Machine and Packing Operatives for their client based in central Bridgwater.

Hours of work:

• 4 on 4 off shift pattern
• 2 shifts: 6.45am to 6.45pm, then 2 shifts: 6.45pm to 6.45am, followed by 4 days off
• Two 30-minute paid breaks each day

Rates of Pay:

• £12.75 per hour for the first 3 months
• Rising to £15.15 per hour after 3 months

The Role:

You will work in a manufacturing environment with full training provided on operating machines and packing products correctly. Training duration is approximately 4-6 weeks per machine, with opportunities to learn multiple machines.
