Job summary

Twinings in Andover is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join the Packing Hall on a double days shift (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm). You will help run the tea manufacturing process, meet production plans, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You should have manufacturing experience, good communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The role offers a competitive package and opportunities for growth within the site.

• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage own time.
• Excellent communication skills with clarity to others.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and continuously to improve safety and efficiency.
• Work as part of a team to meet production plans and quality standards.
• Complete daily reports (stoppage, end of run, quality checks) and analyse data to improve performance.
• Support co-workers with training and development to strengthen the team.
• Be flexible to business needs and deliver on targets while adhering to policies.
