The Job:

Our client, a leading agricultural business in Perthshire, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Packing Hall Manager. This dynamic, hands-on role involves leading a dedicated team within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing a team of seasonal staff during the busy soft fruit season, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining food safety standards (including BRC and HACCP compliance), stock control, reporting, and ensuring products are packed and dispatched according to customer and company specifications.
