Job summary

London Nootropics is seeking a hands-on Packing Assistant to support our Fulfilment and Events teams. You will pack customer orders, prepare stock for events, and keep warehouses tidy and efficient.

You will work closely with the Fulfilment Manager and Events team in a fast-moving environment. Ideal candidates are highly organised, reliable, physically capable, and able to learn GoFlow or courier platforms quickly.

Qualifications

• Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes.
• Willing to learn new tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure orders are packed neatly, securely and to a high standard.
• Organise products, packaging materials and packing stations to keep workflows efficient.
• Use systems such as GoFlow and courier platforms to process orders and manage shipments.
• Pick, pack and prepare products, promotional materials and equipment for events.
• Maintain an organised events inventory and track stock used at different events.
• Keep the events room and event storage areas clean, tidy and well organised.
• Take ownership of keeping storage spaces organised and ensure items have designated places.
