Job summary

Stonegate is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the Packing Centre in Lacock. This hands-on leadership role will support Shift Managers, keep the team organized, and ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately, safely, and on time.

The role requires experience in warehouse operations, team supervision, and a proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced FMCG environment. PPE compliance, safety culture, and efficient processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience supervising or managing a team.
• Experience working to strict deadlines.
• Experience in FMCG or food operation.
• Experience using an Electric Pump/Pallet Truck.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to motivate others and drive team performance.
• Strong Health & Safety understanding in warehouse.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive approach and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate and timely picking, loading and unloading of customer orders.
• Help ensure warehouse processes maintain quality and safety standards.
• Accurately count goods and stock at shift start/end.
• Ensure finished goods are stored correctly to prevent damage.
• Assist Warehouse Shift Managers with running the team.
