Job summary

The Best Connection is hiring for immediate warehouse roles in Spalding. You will be picking, packing, and shipping fresh food products in a fast-paced environment, using hand-held scanners and following pick sheets.

Experience in warehousing is preferred but not essential; a good attitude and the ability to work quickly are valued, and you will be trained. The job offers a fixed 4 on, 4 off shift pattern with day and night options and onsite subsidised canteen.

Whilst experience in warehousing, is preferred, it is not essential -

a good attitude and the ability to pick up the pace is more important and you will be trained.

Shift Times:

• 6:00am - 14:00pm
• 14:00pm to 22:00pm

Pay Rates:

• Days: £13.30 per hour

The Role:

• Picking cases of fresh food products accurately and efficiently

• Using handheld scanners to locate and process orders
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Previous warehouse, picking, or production experience beneficial but not essential
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
