Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking eager warehouse staff for an immediate start at their client site in Spalding. You will join a fast-paced team handling picking and packing of fresh foods, using handheld scanners and following pick sheets to ensure accuracy.

Shifts run 22:00–06:00, 5 out of 7 days, with a night-rate of £13.71 per hour. Onsite subsidised canteen and staff shop are available, and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing is preferred but not essential.
• A good attitude and the ability to pick up the pace are important.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic are valued.
• Previous warehouse, picking, or production experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Picking cases of fresh food products accurately and efficiently.
• 5 out of 7 shifts schedule.
• Palletising stock ready for despatch.
• Following pick sheets and operational paperwork.
• Using handheld scanners to locate and process orders.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
