My client is looking for a Packaging Technologist to support them on a project for three months starting asap.

My client produces tasty food products you wouldn’t want to miss working with.

They are in urgent need of an Interim Packaging Technologist to support the business on a three-month contract.

The contract is to work on a project.

The business is consolidating their entire range into a new brand. As a result, they will be halving their SKUs across the manufacturing business.

They need an experienced Packaging Technologist to support the role out of the new branding. Working in a team you will look at:

• Ensuring they have the right card and outer packaging for each pallet – to ensure their customers get an optimised offering
• Ensuring the pallet stacking formulation is correct to optimise transport through their supply chain
• Ensure they have the right packaging specs across their range
• Explore cost out opportunities within their redesign
• Work closely with the marketing team to establish design optimisation for both customer experience and supply chain improvement
• Support stock balancing in their warehouses
