Job summary

Terumo Aortic is seeking a Packaging Technologist to lead the development, introduction, and ongoing improvement of packaging solutions for internal and OEM products.

This role will manage packaging specifications, drive cost-saving initiatives, and ensure robust validation and quality standards within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Knowledge of packaging development, validation, and testing processes.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
