REQUIREMENTS
Essential: Active Counterbalance Forklift License/Certification and operating experience.
Desirable: Fork spreader experience.
Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) for inventory tracking and supplier emails.
Experience: Minimum 1+ year in a warehouse, logistics, material handling, or shipping environment.
Mindset: Proactive, team-player attitude with strong communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
Mobility: Valid driver's license (occasional local visits to packaging/maintenance suppliers using a department vehicle).
