Job summary

H&W Brewery Blandford is expanding its packaging team at the Blandford site. This permanent role offers Monday to Friday day shifts with an immediate start, and a pay of £30,774 per year including a premium for early starts.

You will work in a modern brewery with benefits such as an on-site gym and a profit‑share scheme. We seek a physically capable, well‑organized communicator who can handle fluids/food packaging, operate a range of machines, and adapt to IT systems.

Qualifications

• Physically able to cope with strenuous work including frequent lifting and manual handling.
• Experience in fluid and food handling packaging operations.
• Comfortable with IT and digital administration systems.
• Desirable forklift training or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging and fluid handling equipment on a day shift (Mon-Fri).
• Maintain accurate records and ensure cleanliness and safety in the packing area.
• Work with a range of machines and equipment, keeping downtime to a minimum.
