Job summary

H&W Brewery Blandford is expanding its packaging team in a state‑of‑the‑art Blandford site, with a permanent contract and weekdays duties. The role covers packaging operations, manual handling, and operation of various machines, with early starts and a focus on safety and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be physically capable, well organised, and a confident communicator, joining a friendly team in a growing business that prizes development and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Physically able to cope with strenuous work including frequent lifting and manual handling.
• Well organised and a confident communicator with an eye for detail.
• Committed to achieving success as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to work in a variety of settings learning to use a range of machines and equipment.
• Experienced in fluid and food handling packaging operations.
• Ideally forklift trained, although training can be given.
• Comfortable with IT and digital administration systems.
• Safety in the workplace and environmentally aware.

We are boosting the packaging team in our state-of-the-art brewery in Blandford, working days Mon-Fri on a permanent contract with an immediate start available.
