Job summary

Organon is hiring a Project Packaging Support Technician (FTC) to join the Transformation team and play a key role in delivering the business' biggest capital project globally. We are building a new facility and installing multiple high speed blister packaging lines.

This 24-month Fixed Term Contract position will support design, build, testing, and implementation activities for the packaging project. The role involves fault finding on equipment and networks, supporting project activities within

Qualifications

• Strong professional background in Packaging Operations.
• Technical qualification and/or relevant experience is essential.
• Experience supporting technical transfers, equipment qualification, or process validation is essential.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tooling requirements.
• Good problem solver with ability to interpret multiple break-down scenarios across packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform fault finding on equipment, including automated systems and networks.
• Diagnose faults, organise internal/external resources and source parts.
• Support packaging project activities within agreed timelines and budgets, including FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ, PQ and PV activities where applicable.
• Maintain and repair equipment to meet packaging priorities and ensure optimum performance.
• Raise Change Control and Atypical Engineering Maintenance Observations and manage to completion.
• Assist Packaging and Validation Engineers during project execution and validation activities.
