Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery safely and hygienically.
• Assist Departmental Manager in production orders using packaging machinery.
• Operate machinery across kitchen and packaging departments following guidelines.
• Complete records of packaged products per Policy Manual.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and resolve them.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Ensure products are labeled correctly and packed as required.
• Carry out product checks to meet standards.
