Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Packaging Operator in St Albans to join a busy manufacturing site on rotating day and night shifts. You will operate production and packaging lines, perform changeovers and ensure smooth line performance.

Experience with automated machinery and GMP awareness is helpful. You will complete quality checks, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with the team to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging lines efficiently.
• Set up machinery, complete changeovers and clean-downs.
• Load packaging materials and keep lines running.
• Monitor the production process and identify issues.
• Carry out regular quality checks.
• Complete production and batch documentation accurately.
• Identify minor faults and escalate when required.
• Move materials and pallets safely within the production area.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
• Work with the team to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Follow Health & Safety, quality, GMP and operating procedures at all times.
