Job summary

Beavertown Brewery in London is seeking a Packaging Operator on a fixed-term contract to keep production lines running safely and efficiently. You will set up, run and shut down packaging lines, perform quality checks and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

This role is full-time with a 5 days out of 7 rota, 9-hour shifts including a 30-minute break. Morning and evening shifts rotate 6:00am–midnight, with notices for schedule changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, food or drink production.
• Comfort with manual handling.
• Team-oriented and detail-focused.
• Able to follow processes and maintain records.
• Willing to rotate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run and shut down packaging lines.
• Carry out quality checks throughout production.
• Keep the work area clean, safe and organized.
• Spot and help resolve basic equipment issues.
• Complete production and quality records.
• Support stock counts and other packaging activities.
• Work with teammates to keep production moving.
