Job summary

Butcombe Group is seeking a Packaging Operator to join its Brewers and Packaging Team in the Bridgwater area. You will help operate and maintain packaging lines, ensure quality checks and documentation, and support safe, efficient production. The role emphasizes teamwork, a hands-on approach to problem solving, and commitment to health and safety.

The position offers a Monday–Friday style schedule with a 37.5-hour workweek and attractive staff benefits, including discounts and wellbeing support.

What You'll Do:

• Work 10 x 0700-1900 shifts over 3 weeks of weekdays (2 x 3 day weeks + 1 x 4 day week). No night shifts.
• Operate and maintain bottle and keg line equipment with precision and care.
• Troubleshoot and repair packaging line equipment to keep production flowing.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation across all packaging areas.

What You'll Bring:
