Diageo is recruiting for an Operator at our east Belfast packaging facility. The role is site-based and runs on a 42-hour continental day/night shift pattern, with two 12-hour days, two 12-hour nights and four days off. You’ll monitor quality, operate packaging lines and support safe, efficient handovers between shifts.

• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Willing to work 42-hour week on continental day/night shift.
• Experience in a production environment is beneficial.

• Quality control of the line.
• Operating packaging machine processes while following standard operating procedures.
• Preparing the line for shift handovers.
• Health and safety compliance with KPIs and targets including quality, hygiene, waste and efficiency.
