Job description

Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom

Type: Contract (12 months) | Shift-based

Responsibilities:

1. Operate high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment in compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
2. Perform equipment setup, calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
3. Complete batch documentation, SAP process orders, and support change control and deviation processes.
4. Conduct in-process testing, sampling, inspections, and contribute to quality investigations (CAPAs).
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Engineering, Planning, and Warehouse to meet production targets.
6. Participate in equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), validation, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing or packaging environment.
2. Familiarity with equipment operation and documentation standards.
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.

Additional: Full-time role working on shifts which alternate every week.
