Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking a pharmaceutical production line operator to run the inhalation packaging line and meet production targets. You will receive training on processes, procedures and equipment, and you must follow safety and housekeeping standards.

You will document accurately and participate in continuous improvements. Applicants should have GMP awareness and be comfortable with shift work, with good English communication and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English Grade C/Level 4 or above (preferred).
• Experience of working in a production environment, on a shift basis.
• Good understanding of GMP is preferable.
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good level of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in ensuring production and change over targets are met.
• Proactively demonstrate forward planning, ensuring everything is ready for the next shift
• Use escalation processes accordingly to raise any issues, minimising downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures and practices in the area, ensuring high standard of housekeeping are maintained.
• Complete and check paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, following the principles of ALCOA.
• Raise and complete improvement ideas.
• Show flexibility around the department needs.

Role Overview:

You will work as part of team responsible for running the inhalation packaging line and ensure production targets are met. You will be given training in the departments processes, procedures and equipment.

You will also be required to follow all safety procedures and practices in your area and ensure a high standard of housekeeping is maintained. You will learn the importance of good attention to detail as you will be responsible for completing and checking documentation, ensuring they are legible and accurate.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Additional Information:

Shift Required: Onsite - 12-hour shifts which are 06:00 to 18:15 and 18:00 to 06:15 - average 40 hours per week
