Job summary

A permanent Maintenance Engineer role is available at Allscreens Nationwide Ltd, near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. You will cover the Packing area with rotating early (06:00–14:00) and late (14:00–22:00) shifts, Monday to Friday, joining a skilled team managing specialist packaging equipment.

We seek an apprentice-trained engineer or someone with manufacturing experience, with strong health and safety awareness, accuracy, and adaptability to seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• Apprentice trained engineer or manufacturing experience.
• Health & Safety awareness.
• Adaptable to seasonal fluctuations and business demands.
• Good numeracy and record-keeping accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvement projects.
• Respond to breakdowns with quick, effective repairs.
• Carry out PPMs and review their effectiveness.
• Complete reports and paperwork for work completed, using the Agility system.
• Support investment and installation of new equipment and capital projects.
