Job summary

Dunbia Group in Dungannon is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team on a shift basis. You will operate Sealpac/Mondini packaging machinery, set up parameters and monitor quality and packaging standards.

Reporting to the production team, you'll perform routine checks, assist with maintenance, and ensure goods are labelled and documented according to customer specifications. A strong focus on safety, hygiene and food quality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to ensure safe, efficient and continuous production (Sealpac/Mondini).
• Set up and adjust machine parameters to meet production requirements and customer specifications.
• Monitor packaging quality, vacuum integrity and seal performance during production runs.
• Carry out routine checks, cleaning and first-line maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure products are packed, labelled and presented to customer and quality standards.
• Complete relevant production documentation accurately.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and satisfy customer requirements.
• Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene and Food Quality standards per Company rules.
• Carry out general housekeeping to keep work areas clean and safe.
