Job summary

Dunbia in Sawley near Gisburn is seeking motivated operatives to join our food production team. You’ll work on two shifts, Monday to Friday, with full training provided and opportunities to learn butchery skills.

Qualifications

• Previous food manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required and full training will be provided.
• Ability to follow procedures in a regulated food production environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills including butchery training.

Responsibilities

• Work within departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain pace of work to production needs (bagging/filling).
• Collaborate with Managers and Team to hit department targets.
• Ensure products meet customer and company specifications.
• Keep work area clean and tidy and follow hygiene standards.
• Promote health, safety and quality standards within the team.
