Britvic plc in Hemel Hempstead is recruiting a Packaging Development Technologist to lead end-to-end packaging development, from concept through trials and launch. You will work within the Innovation Development & Delivery team to provide technical packaging leadership on small to medium projects and defined workstreams.

You will build partnerships with Marketing, Quality, and Manufacturing, ensuring packaging designs are validated and delivered on time to high standards, with a focus on

Qualificações

• Experience in packaging development within FMCG/beverages is desirable.
• Knowledge of packaging materials (glass/plastic/paper/metal) and packaging processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical input on packaging development from concept to commercialisation.
• Lead small to medium projects and defined workstreams; manage priorities and risks.
• Create design briefs, supplier briefs, specs, test methods and design-control docs.
• Develop, execute and report packaging testing and validation plans including trials.
• Validate packaging designs through full-scale manufacturing at sites and contractors.
