Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United Kingdom is seeking a Packaging Development & Engineering specialist to lead RDQ activities for design and deployment across geographies, delivering packaging that enhances the consumer experience.

You will plan and conduct process development, create packaging specifications, and collaborate with R&D, marketing, production and suppliers to drive innovative, compliant packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Packaging, Food Science, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in FMCG or consumer packaging environment.
• Strong interest in packaging design, innovation, and sustainability.
• Proven ability to manage projects and work in teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in design and specs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packaging RDQ activities for design and deployment across geographies.
• Plan and execute projects with GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Create technical reports and packaging specifications.
• Analyze packaging performance and costs to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, production, procurement and suppliers.
• Support trials on packaging line and pilot plant.
