Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a design or artwork role is required.
• Expertise in packaging design and artwork is essential.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging concepts for FMCG brands client facing.
• Produce accurate print-ready artwork for production.
• Translate briefs into commercially strong retail designs.
• Liaise with UK and international suppliers during production.
• Review proofs, colour standards and pre-production samples.
• Support campaign launches with digital and POS assets.
• Manage multiple projects and meet product launch deadlines.

Skills

3+ years' experience in a design or artwork role

Strong experience in packaging design and artwork

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills

Strong understanding of print production and packaging processes

Excellent attention to detail

Time management

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Experience in Agency or FMCG

Experience working with overseas manufacturers or suppliers
