Job summary

AMFRESH Group in Peterborough is seeking a Packaging Coordinator to ensure packaging is available for Tesco orders. You’ll manage stock records, raise orders and maintain supplier relationships, coordinating artwork approvals from concept to delivery.

This role blends data handling, administration and cross‑team collaboration to keep packaging on track. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership and contribute ideas.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Confidence managing data, records and Excel-based processes.
• The ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate packaging and stock records using Excel.
• Raising orders and monitoring stock levels against sales forecasts to help prevent shortages and excess stock.
• Building effective supplier relationships, tracking deliveries and resolving issues.
• Coordinating artwork approvals and keeping our packaging artwork library up to date.
• Working closely with Procurement, NPD, Engineering and other teams to support packaging requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, accuracy and efficiency.
