Job summary

Advocate Group is seeking an experienced Artwork Project Manager for their West London packaging team. The role is hands-on, coordinating artwork from brief to print-ready files across multiple products and formats.

You will work closely with creative, design, regulatory, production and external agencies to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality artwork that meets all technical and legal specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading artwork projects in fast-paced FMCG/beauty environments.
• Strong understanding of packaging artwork processes, die lines, and print specs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive and solutions-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end artwork process from brief to final files.
• Coordinate multiple artwork projects and deadlines across teams.
• Review and approve die lines, cutter guides, and packaging specs.
• Ensure artwork meets technical and print requirements with accuracy.
• Coordinate amends, approvals and sign-offs with internal and external partners.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines and status reports, flagging risks.
• Ensure correct specifications, colours, copy, legal requirements and archiving.
