Job summary

The Advocate Group is partnering with a leading drinks brand to recruit an Artwork Manager for the EMEA team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid in Greater London and focuses on managing packaging artwork from brief through to final print, ensuring technical accuracy, brand alignment and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with Creative, Project Managers, printers and packaging suppliers across EMEA, oversee multiple workstreams, troubleshoot issues, and support junior

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging artwork, print management and FMCG project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of packaging artwork, print production, proofing, colour management and die-lines.
• Experience managing artwork projects from brief to final print.

Responsibilities

• Managing packaging artwork projects from brief to proofing, approval and release for print.
• Reviewing and approving artwork proofs, print specifications, colour drawdowns and die-lines/cutter guides.
• Working closely with Creative, Project Managers, suppliers, printers and cross-functional teams to keep projects moving.
• Managing multiple artwork workstreams and competing priorities across a busy EMEA portfolio.
• Troubleshooting artwork, proofing, print and supplier issues to minimise risk and keep launches on track.
• Supporting packaging-related projects around compliance, sustainability and continuous improvement.
• Helping improve processes, systems and ways of working across the artwork function.
• Supporting and developing junior team members where required.
