Job summary

Advocate Group in London is seeking an experienced Artwork Project Manager to lead end-to-end packaging artwork projects across multiple product formats. You will work closely with creative, design, regulatory and production teams to ensure artwork is delivered on time and to exacting standards.

This hands-on role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate internal and external partners while maintaining tight trackers and print-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing artwork and packaging projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate project trackers and timelines.
• Knowledge of print specifications and die lines is desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end artwork process from brief to final files.
• Coordinate multiple artwork projects and meet deadlines.
• Approve die lines, cutter guides, templates and packaging specs.
• Collaborate with designers, suppliers and production teams.
• Track progress, escalate risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Ensure correct specifications, colours, copy and legal details.
• Version control and archiving of final files.
• Resolve artwork, packaging and print-related issues.
• Identify improvements for processes and workflow.
