Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and supervise a team in clinical supplies packaging & labelling
• Oversee daily operations, schedules, and resources for production
• Ensure strict compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and health & safety guidelines
• Maintain production accuracy through systems like SAP
• Drive continuous improvement and support cross-functional collaboration
• Conduct staff training and support technical documentation efforts
• Investigate and resolve process deviations with corrective actions

Requirements

What we require:

• Proven leadership in a production or packaging setting
• In-depth knowledge of cGMPs and global regulatory requirements (MHRA, FDA, EU CTR)
• Experience in clinical trial supplies or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Mechanical Engineering (required)
• Strong communication, scheduling, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with tools like SAP, Veeva, MS Office
