Job summary

Twinings Ovaltine in Andover, Hampshire, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the Packing Hall on a double day shift (6am–2pm then 2pm–10pm). You will help run tea manufacturing processes safely, hit production plans, and maintain quality controls.

You will work as part of a team, complete daily reports, support training, and contribute to a strong, efficient operation. The role offers extensive staff benefits and the chance to grow with a long‑standing tea company.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work a rotating double day shift pattern.
• Strong time management and organisation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate our machinery safely and continuously to improve safety and efficiency.
• Work as part of a team to deliver quality products and meet production targets.
• Apply training to resolve issues and involve the right people when needed.
• Complete daily stoppage, end-of-run, and quality reports and analyse data.
• Support colleagues with training and skill development.
• Be an active team member, flexible to business needs, and drive targets.
• Adhere to policies including health and safety and quality standards.
