Weare seeking an organised, professional and highly motivated Personal Assistantto provide comprehensive support to the Executive Headteacher across Forest OakSchool and Merstone School.
Thisis a varied and important role involving diary and meeting management,preparation of agendas and minutes, drafting and proofreading correspondence,handling confidential information, liaising with internal and externalstakeholders and supporting the effective organisation of both schools. The successful candidate will be a key pointof contact for the Executive Headteacher and will be expected to exercise soundjudgement when managing, redirecting or escalating enquiries.
Weare looking for someone who:
Previousexperience of working as a PA to senior leaders or within a school environmentwould be desirable, alongside knowledge of school management, safeguarding oradmissions systems. This is an excellentopportunity for a proactive and adaptable individual who is committed toproviding a high-quality service and making a positive contribution to thewider life and ethos of both schools.
